We use only UV-stable resin mixed with hand-selected, kiln-dried natural aggregates in a forced-action mixer. This professional process ensures every batch is perfectly consistent in colour and coverage, and the UV stability means your driveway will not yellow or fade in sunlight over time.

Installation is carried out entirely by our own trained team. The mixture is hand-trowelled to a precise 18mm depth, with glass grit slip-resistance applied while the resin is still tacky. The result is a beautiful, low-maintenance surface that is weed-resistant and ready for foot traffic within hours.

Our process

  1. Base Preparation

    We ensure the existing base (tarmac or concrete) is structurally sound and clean. If a new base is needed, we install a permeable "Open Grade" binder course to allow for maximum water drainage.

  2. UV-Stable Mixing

    We use only high-quality UV-stable resin mixed with cleaned, kiln-dried natural aggregates in a specialised forced-action mixer. This ensures the colour won't fade or turn yellow in the sun.

  3. Hand-Trowelled Installation

    The mixture is poured and hand-trowelled to a precise depth of 18mm. Our team works methodically to create a seamless, smooth finish without any visible joins.

  4. Slip-Resistance Application

    While the resin is still tacky, we lightly scatter a fine transparent glass grit over the surface. This provides essential extra grip while maintaining the beautiful look of the stone.

  5. Curing & Aftercare

    The driveway is left to cure for 6-12 hours for foot traffic and 48 hours for vehicles. The result is a SuDS-compliant, weed-resistant, and low-maintenance surface that lasts for years.
